Product launches fail due to tooling, not strategy.

Tier A · TL;DR
Product launches fail due to tooling, not strategy.

Claim

Product launches don't fail because PMMs lack strategy; they fail because the tooling locks us into static execution.

Mechanism

When PMMs rely on email blasts, spreadsheet segments, dev-dependent in-app announcements, and delayed Excel reviews, they lose the ability to iterate in real-time. Using a single platform that enables real-time segments, self-serve in-app flows, triggered emails, and direct metric tracking allows PMMs to move from 'we shipped it' to 'did it actually move the metric we cared about?'
