Mechanism

Once an LLM is the daily driver, every seller workflow starts with "ask the assistant" — pull the deal context, draft the email, summarise the call, identify the risk. The CRM stops being the entry point and becomes the data layer. RevOps tasks that were manual (lead routing, data enrichment, pipeline hygiene) fall to agents because they are bounded and repeatable. Sellers who cannot enter their stack via AI will fall behind on tempo.

The "begins with AI" framing is also vulnerable to interpretation: a brief AI-drafted email at the start of a manual workflow technically counts.
