Simon Sinek

Bio

Simon Sinek is the most widely recognized advocate for purpose-driven brand and organizational strategy, having popularized the idea that companies that articulate and lead with their "Why" (their purpose, cause, or belief) consistently outperform those that lead with "What" (their products) or "How" (their processes). His 2009 TED Talk, the third most-watched in history, established the Golden Circle framework as a near-universal reference point for brand strategists, startup founders, and leadership consultants.
